King rooms: Accommodates 2 adults. Rates quoted are per room, per night. All rates are
for 2 persons per unit. Each additional adult (age 13 and over) is
subject to an additional charge of $10 per person, per night.
Junior Suite: 2 King sized beds, Queen Sleeper sofa and a Kitchenette with a full size frig, Microwave and Toaster Oven. One large unit no separate sleeping area.
2 Bedroom suite: Family suite with 2 queen beds in one bedroom and a king sized bed in 2nd bedroom each room having their own television.
Suites 1-Suite3: 2 queen beds in the bedroom, kitchenette with full sized frig, microwave and toaster oven with a living room with a queen sized sleeper sofa.
There is a $10 surcharge for Thursday nights.
There is a $30 surcharge for Friday and Saturday nights.

Reservation Terms: Reservations on rooms will be confirmed after an advance deposit
equal to 1 nights room charges is received. Reservations on Suites
will be confirmed after an advance deposit equal to 2 nights room charges is
received. The deposit will be
credited toward the last night of the reservation. Reservations are
commitments for the entire period requested. We do not overbook
and will honor your reservation; therefore we require that you honor your
commitment for the full period reserved. No refunds are given for
early departure.

Cancellation Policy: A $50.00 cancellation fee will be assessed on all reservations cancelled up until
14 days prior to the arrival date with the remainder of the deposit being refunded.
Reservations that are cancelled for any reason within 14 days of the arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit amount.
