bedroom, living room, and dinette, or our delightful
honeymoon cottage directly on the shores of

poolside rooms with two queen or 2 king size beds, or a room
with one king size bed.

Reservation Terms: Reservations on rooms will be confirmed after an advance deposit
equal to 1 nights room charges is received. Reservations on Suites
will be confirmed after an advance deposit equal to 2 nights room charges is
received. The deposit will be
credited toward the last night of the reservation. Reservations are
commitments for the entire period requested. We do not overbook
and will honor your reservation; therefore we require that you honor your
commitment for the full period reserved. No refunds are given for
early departure.

Cancellation Policy: A $50.00 cancellation fee will be assessed on all reservations cancelled up until
14 days prior to the arrival date with the remainder of the deposit being refunded.
Reservations that are cancelled for any reason within 14 days of the arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit amount.
